TOPIC: Faithfulness Brings Promotion (Part 2) PREACHER: Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES 1 Corinthians 15:58 1 Corinthians 4:1–2 Luke 16:10–12 Matthew 25:21 Colossians 3:23 KEY POINTS 1. Faithfulness Is Required of Every Steward 📖 1 Corinthians 4:1–2 In the Kingdom of God, faithfulness is not optional — it is required. God does not first demand results; He demands faithfulness. Every believer is a steward of something — time, talent, money, opportunity, or responsibility. 2. Be Steadfast and Unmovable 📖 1 Corinthians 15:58 Faithfulness demands steadiness. Promotion does not come to those who are unstable, easily discouraged, or inconsistent. Being steadfast means remaining committed even when results are not immediate. 3. Faithfulness Must Be Practiced in Your Place of Work Faithfulness is not only for church or ministry. God expects believers to be faithful wherever He has placed them — workplace, business, school, or assignment. 📖 Colossians 3:23 Work as unto the Lord, not unto men. 4. Excellence in Little Things Precedes Promotion 📖 Luke 16:10–12 God promotes people who are faithful with little. Neglecting small responsibilities disqualifies people from greater assignments. Promotion is proof that you handled the little well. 5. Faithfulness Is Proven by Diligence, Not Excuses Faithfulness means doing what is required without complaints or excuses. God measures how well you do with what is already in your hands. Anything God places in your care must prosper. 6. Faithfulness Triggers Divine Promotion 📖 Matthew 25:21 Promotion is God’s response to proven faithfulness. Faithfulness changes levels and enlarges capacity. CONCLUSION Faithfulness is the pathway to promotion in the Kingdom of God. When believers remain steadfast, diligent, and excellent in the little entrusted to them, God responds with elevation. Promotion does not come by striving — it comes by faithful stewardship. Be faithful where you are, and God will take you where you should be.
