Hank Tisdale first introduced the mustard sauce to the public in 1985 at the The Rib Shack restaurant in Charleston, SC, and the company honors those recipes as well as the memory of their great Aunt Lillie. CEO and co-partner Tracey Tisdale Richardson has creatively added to the line of sauces and steered the company into a national limelight that includes features in Forbes, New York Magazine, and Washington Post, and with Lillie's, she shares Gullah Geechee culture in every bite.
