227 Sex and Culture Part 2: The Polyamory Paradox with Irene Morning

Remember this season we are doing new themes each month, and November's theme is sex and culture. This month will highlight Some of the many ways that sex fits into our broader experiences, relationships, and life. We will be covering topics around social values, spirituality, music, psychedelics, and more. This week features somatic pleasure coach and sex and intimacy educator Irene Morning. We talk about neurodiversity and complex trauma, as well as how these facets affect relationships, kink, and non-monogamy. We also discuss emotional flashbacks, toxic shame, and healing relationally through kink, and non-monogamy.
