This direct communication ensures that employees understand the company's values from the source and can help instill these values more effectively. Attracting A-Players: To attract top talent, companies need to promote themselves as great employers, not just great service providers. This can involve building relationships with potential candidates over time and ensuring that the company's benefits and features are well-communicated. Addressing Work-Life Balance and 'Quiet Quitting': Companies need to address the increasing demand for work-life balance and be aware of the 'quiet quitting' trend, where employees disengage from their work without formally resigning.
