Additionally, Nichole emphasizes the importance of building a strong relationship with one's leader and being open to feedback. She suggests that one should ask their leader what kind of roles they see them in and why, to better understand how to grow in their career. Finally, Nichole advises listeners not to be too hard on themselves and to receive feedback with an open mind, even if it can be difficult to take in.
