228: Chatting about Shame and Guilt with Lois Hollis

from Chats from the Blog Cabin · host MELISSA VERA

Lois Hollis, RN BSN REV, shifts our opinion on one of the most forbidden subjects, shame, and guilt. Depression, anxiety, 30 years of migraine headaches, and pain were Lois’ way of life until she learned about the dangers of shame guilt. Her passion is to show the way to love ourselves and others by alleviating the suffering of shame guilt (not shame and guilt). She shares her 15 years of experience as a ShameGuilt Educator, Counselor, Filmmaker to give an effective lasting way towards health, wellness, and spiritual maturity. Lois comes with a life-long background in health. She began as a Nurse's Aide at 12 and continues today at 77. Lois is a trailblazer. She developed one of the first Kidney Hemodialysis centers in the United States. Today, Lois brings shame and guilt together as a new field of study. Lois’ film, Out of Discord Into Harmony teaches us how to communicate with our emotions, especially our inner critics. It also illustrates the Soulspeaks method that brings peace to our inner personalities and our inner critics. Her newest film “I’M Good” makes shame guilt visible to illustrate its trickery and how to kick it out of our lives to live in success. She is the author of three books. Emotional Revolution=Evolution gives a philosophical and new approach to shame and guilt that has never been seen before. Five-Hundred Questions Have One Answer is her e-book. Her newest book, “Now is The Time,” contains her Light Language soul readings that expand our spiritual development and help us to stop the shame guilt energy upon our lives. These divine words bring our hearts and soul together. https://www.loishollis.com/
