228. Living In A Short Staffed World.

I’m sure everyone is aware of the fact the whole world is short staffed.  What does that really mean?  Where did everyone go?  Are there really millions of people sitting out and somehow making a living?  Or does it really mean that the labor market is shifting, and people are just deciding they aren’t going to work the same way.  Whatever the answer is, we are seeing something historical.  On this week’s episode of the Leadership Lifestyle Podcast, we’ll talk about what this means for leaders and what to do moving forward.
