A Time to Be Born. In 2004, Pocket Books undertook an ambitious project: a nine-book series that bridged the gap between the films Star Trek: Insurrection and Star Trek: Nemesis. Dubbed the "A Time To..." series, the nine novels have titles that will be familiar to readers of the Ecclesiastes book of the Old Testament, or those who know the pop hit by The Byrds, "Turn! Turn!
