228: You're scared to use your voice.

It's your personal responsibility to use your voice. Fear is strong, but your leadership needs to be bolder. I was silent for so long...out of fear. I had these thoughts... What will they think of me, what if I don't know the right things to say, what if someone hates me now or thinks I'm not as intelligent because I don't know ALLLLL the facts, what if...what if...what if… But what if I stay silent?   Who does that help? Who does that serve? How is that leadership? What we tolerate, is perpetuated. What are you tolerating by NOT speaking up? What are you staying too quiet about?
