One of the best strategies to grow an online business in 2023 is to leverage the flywheel effect. This is the simple art of having a never ending cycle which constantly re-enforces positive behaviour. An example for my business is the simple concept of sharing wins. We love it when the community shares wins & it’s something that never ends, as it’s like a trigger that constantly gets people to share any success they’ve had. When one person shares & is encouraged for doing so, others start to do it themselves. These wins then help us as a business as it stacks undeniable social proof & when you partner a great product with encouraging others to share their success, you can imagine how tall that stack actually is. This is the exact same strategy that you can leverage in your own business & it doesn’t have to even be centered around wins. The main takeaway from this is the actual concept of having a flywheel effect. Just by having something within your business that causes a positive action to take place over & over again with minimal effort, can cause exponential growth without you having to even do much. In this podcast, I’m going to be talking about the flywheel concept in a lot more detail & show exactly how you can leverage it in your business to achieve significant growth. I hope you find it helpful.
