229 Birk Irving

Birk Irving is a Redbull athlete currently competing on the World Cup Half Pipe circuit. We connected in Calgary, hours before an event, which was preceded by a few days of skiing in the interior of BC.  He's earned Silver medals in his last two events including the X-Games and we talk about the dynamics of competition and the intricacies in the various halfpipes on tour.  He also shares a couple funny stories about being mistaken as Mexican athlete as and golfing for tattoos.
