2296: Gordon Maltby

Gordon Maltby was introduced to Porsches in 1973 when he bought a 1969 911S. He was the editor and publisher of Porsche 356 Registry magazine for years. Twenty-six years later he retired, having developed the magazine into the premier publication on old Porsches. During that time his company RPM Auto Books also published several Porsche titles about the 356, 911 and 912. Today Gordon shares his new book, commissioned by Motorbooks, "Porsche 356, 75th Anniversary" celebrating the first Porsche model and the company's early history.
