After high school, she attended the Humber Jazz Music Program and later the York University Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Program. She ultimately returned to Quinte to help at the Saigon Restaurant Belleville. The family relocated the restaurant to Wellington in 2018. Saigon Restaurant Wellington continues to be a no-nonsense Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant, that focuses on food made to order to decrease the amount of food waste. Her Instagram account will light up your life as she shares her family's restaurant life. This includes her mom, brother, kids, partner, and siblings.
