Sarah Boyd is an Emmy-nominated editor turned director. Most recently, Sarah shot an episode of the Showtime series adaptation of LET THE RIGHT ONE IN, and a block of episodes for the sci-fi comedy UPLOAD (Amazon). Her critically acclaimed, fan-favorite episode from Season Two of THE BOYS (Amazon), "The Bloody Doors Off", was submitted for Emmy consideration by Amazon and was called a top contender in the best director - drama category by Deadline. Sarah’s recent credits include a block of episodes of FOR ALL MANKIND (Apple), the two-part season 3 finale THE BOYS (Amazon), LOST IN SPACE (Netflix), 9-1-1 (FOX), LOVE, VICTOR (Hulu), FEAR THE WALKING DEAD (AMC), and THIS IS US (NBC) to name a few. Sarah boasts years of experience both in front of and behind the camera. She grew up in New York as a child actor and went on to attend Yale for her undergraduate degree before receiving her MFA in Cinematic Arts from USC. Jess and Jenn chat with Sarah about her journey from in front of the camera, and how it let to her current position behind the camera.
