After nine years of designing in the luxury bridal market under a one-sided employment contract, Cheval legally resigned after her former employer sued her in federal court and gained all aspects of her bridal designs, her social media accounts, and her legal name. Cheval is now the Chief Inspiration Officer of @sheischeval, a specialty designer shoe business.
