Today on The Athletes Health, I was grateful to have Coach Liam Woulfe, Founder of PAC Basketball, join me to talk all things mental performance. I was honestly shocked by the unique methods he implements in his AAU program. It's unlike anything I have heard of thus far. Let's just say if all coaches and programs were like Coach Woulfe's, there would be no need for The Athletes Health. His dedication to helping the community and growing young men into mature adults is unlike almost anyone I have talked to, and the results are showing.
