#23 - Emerging leaders' project in a nutshell, with Michael Stern

In the Mission Statement of Emerging Leaders Project, we read “Emerging Leaders Project exists to empower current and future leaders to work skillfully with emergence, steward humanity through the Great Transition, and co-create a more beautiful world.” - What makes this endeavor unique as the mission statement reads rather generically? Intersubjective practices have critical significance for the great upcoming transition. When there is trust, safety, intimacy, and relatedness you can go quite quickly into a deeper field of coherence in the ‘we’ space. Is the 'we' space misused or even abused by the false prophets?
