Felicity grew up on a small farm in mid north coast of New South Wales in Australia and in her early days she dreamed of running a restaurant while working as a ‘Jill-a-roo’ on the sheep stations. However she went into corporate life before deciding it was not for her and then trained to be a policewoman. However, it was not for her and then ‘life’ took over. After marriage, children and then ending up a single Mum supporting two small children, Felicity had to take her life into her own hands. This was when she ventured into entrepreneurship. Felicity learnt everything required to run a small creative business from home and how to make a success out of it. Her priority is her children and being able to work from home was the ideal option.She created The Karma Soap Company and created beautiful natural goats milk soaps for 3 years, building it up and finally sold the business as she found she was doing so well with her own social media marketing that she decided to start a business to help other small businesses to market them businesses too.Over the years, Felicity absorbed everything required to create a successful business. She taught herself everything from building and growing a following in her 'tribe', to running Facebook business pages, writing press releases and contacting the press to gain effective PR, sourcing and analysing the most effective marketing methods with minimal impact on the bank account, to how to set up a home based retail business and grow the business through local markets.Most importantly she knows how to juggle business and family effectively!Felicity has realised that her passion and purpose is to pass on her knowledge to other small to medium sized businesses and save them time so they don’t have to learn or do all of these things for themselves.
