Benny covers the case of Jho Low, a Malaysian businessman  in his 20s who would mastermind a $4.5 Billion dollar fraud. He would spend government funds on lavish Gatsby-style celebrity bashes, boats, mansions, jets, hotels, artwork, cars, and jewellery. He would even fund the making of major Hollywood movies.
