23. Last Holiday

Welcome to VomCom, the podcast where we talk about the romantic comedies we love to hate and hate to love. This week, we talk about one of Kat’s favourite holiday romcoms, Last Holiday starring Queen Latifah and Ladies Love Cool James; AKA LL Cool J. After getting a life-changing diagnosis, quiet and unassuming Georgia Byrd decides she’s going to cash in her life savings and blow it all on the luxuries she never allowed herself to indulge in before. We talk about how satisfying it is to watch Georgia come into her power, we laugh at delusional Matthew Kragen (Timothy Hutton), and we swoon at Sean Matthews’ (LL Cool J) grand romantic gesture. This episode has just about everything so buckle up and enjoy! Thanks for listening to us talk about everything we loved and hated about this film, see ya next time! xo Subscribe to our channel on YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/@VomComPodcast Follow us on Instagram! @vomcompodcast https://www.instagram.com/vomcompodcast?igsh=dnBqYWU4eTduNmtu @mollysoutbox https://www.instagram.com/mollysoutbox?igsh=MWkzY25lcHV1a2Fh @itskatherineram https://www.instagram.com/itskatherineram/ Follow us on TikTok! @vomcompodcast https://www.tiktok.com/@vomcompodcast?_t=8oINRjMom7Z&_r=1 @mollysoutbox https://www.tiktok.com/@mollysoutbox?_t=8oINXBPf6sn&_r=1 @itskatherineram https://www.tiktok.com/@itskatherineram?_t=8oINPRVKbun&_r=1
