23. My Life is NOT Perfect

Sure, I could pretend like my life is perfect, but it's f**king not. I feel failure, I compare myself, and I can be insecure. I may know exactly where I want to go, but I have no f**king clue how to get there. Life is hard, and the highlight reel represents only a fraction of the struggles and challenges we face every day. I am excessively distressed, moving from one problem to the next—and while they may be first-world problems, they're still our problems, and we find purpose through each challenge we take on. I wish I had it all figured out, but I don't, and I don't think I ever will. I'll tell you when I feel broken, and I'll tell you when I feel on top of the world. If I'm going to share my highs, I'm sure as hell taking you to the depths of my lows.
