23: Schedule Time with your Friend Tribe

You guys! We officially hit 2,500 DOWNLOADS! Now at 2,563, but who's counting!?I had an eventful weekend as I hosted a non-surprise surprise bday party for my mom on a Friday, then had a bridal shower and bachelorette party Saturday.Today's episode discusses scheduling time with your friend tribe. (And/or family) As adults, it's SOOOO easy to use the "I'm busy" card, (I'm guilty of this!) when in reality it's probably a LOT easier to keep that friendship flame lit than you think, whether it's sending a quick text or SnapChat video or going on a coffee date or out for an acai bowl. (OMGOSH yum!) Because as much as we literally ARE busy with raising kids and attending activities and working on our career or health, etc. we typically know deep down we could put forth a little more effort to stay in touch with those closeset to us.  REVIEW OF THE WEEK:“Hey girl!
