Risto and I discuss how his father expected him to follow a certain path and how he hated it. During his teen years he was exposed to many different cultures that opened his eyes to humans. Once he moved to BC, he was able to find himself fully. We talk about male sexual shadow and how important it is to acknowledge that it's there. Risto is a Vancouver based yoga teacher with a focus on healing. His background as a semi-professional multi-sport athlete left his body broken and damaged!.
