This week Mac & JA sat down with the face of Australian long distance running, Steve Moneghetti. 'Mona' is a four time Olympian, as well as being a Commonwealth Games gold medallist in the marathon. We ask Mona about what it takes both mentally and physically to compete in the toughest endurance event on the Olympic calendar.
