23. Taking a Break from Social Media

Y'all, my minor at my school is Social Media Management. Social media can be so toxic and half the time I just want to take a week long break! I'm currently in that state, and I am so sorry I haven't been posting much on the podcast instagram lately I have just been SO worn out! Taking a social media detox is okay and it's okay to admit that you need a break from it. Social media can be so time consuming and it causes us to turn our brains off from the world around us in a way that is not beneficial to our mental health. I hope this episode helps remind you that there is a world outside of social media and it is okay to take time away from it and not be accessible 24/7!
