23. The Healing Power of Crying

We talk a lot about the healing journey on our podcast and the fact that a breakup is an opportunity for a new beginning. And while we love to spread positive vibes, grieving is an important part of the process that we want to make sure to give attention to. Don’t hold back the tears, use them to help move the sadness out of your system! Crying is a unique part of what makes us human.
