23. The True Root Cause Of Your Symptoms

from Trust Your Gut · host Demi Fair

So everyone these days is talking about finding the "root" cause. What does that actually mean? In this episode, I break down gut-brain symptoms and what I have come to understand as the true root cause for most of them, and it is not SIBO, dysbiosis, or low stomach acid. It's so overwhelming to have digestive symptoms and turn to Google to find they could be from so many different sources. You may come across low stomach acid, SIBO, dysbiosis, candida overgrowth, or leaky gut. Maybe you even have tested and found out you do have one of these dysfunctions. However, I don't believe these to be the root issues in most cases.
