230: I Know God Loves Me, But Does He Like Me? | Classic Replay

Today, we are going back into the archives to bring you a classic replay called "I Know God Loves Me But Does He Like Me?" It was originally released back in Season 2 on December 10, 2020, and I think it's a great one for us to listen to with where many of us find ourselves today. As we enter a new year, we often set new year goals, make resolutions, maybe choose a word for the year, all with the purpose of either growing in our personal lives or growing more in our faith. But what happens when the crap hits the fan and you look back and realize that even though you had good intentions, you feel like you're farther from God than when you started.   For those of us who are parents, we know that somedays are harder than others. There's a phrase out there that goes, "we love our kids but at the moment, I don't like them very much," especially when they do things to intentionally hurt us, themselves, or others, and since we often relate to God how we relate to our own parents or our children, maybe you've sat back and wondered, "Does God like me right now?"
