Becca Tebon missed 20 percent of her elementary years due to illnesses and surgery to remove a massive tumor from her left breast at age 14. So she also had a poor self-image and poor relations with herself and food. But as a college student athlete, she learned to make changes in her diet. She's shifted her mindset and decided to manage her health holistically. Today, she is 13 years med free and pain free.
