230. This Got My SMMA To $100k/mo (Secrets Revealed)

It takes a LOT of components to get to $100k per month. It requires the right product, the right branding, the right sales process, the right marketing, the right team, etc. Even when all of those things are in place, there are still naturally going to be some problems which you simply can’t avoid. What’s harder than getting to $100k per month, is actually staying at $100k per month on a consistent basis & even scaling beyond that. So many businesses tend to hit this rev point & then suddenly drop off all because they have weak foundations in place. I have been able to hit $100k+ months on a consistent basis for a very long time now & one thing I can tell you for certain is that it wasn’t out of luck. My current coaching business & my previous agency both have had key components & structures in place which allowed me to consistently scale without fail. In this podcast, I’m going to be sharing some of these components in a lot more detail & reveal how exactly I personally was able to hit $100k months on a consistent basis. I hope you find it helpful.
