231 - Little Things Build a Dad's Legacy

This past week we had the opportunity to go to Springdale Arkansas to celebrate my mom's 80th Birthday and have a family reunion. All 8 of us siblings were able to come along with a lot of the grand and great grandkids. We had such a fun time together. As I watched the interaction and love between everyone I thought about the little things my dad did with my mom to create such an amazing legacy for our family. Caught up in the minutiae of life you can’t see the impact you are having. But from the lens of time, we can see how little things add up. If I were to sum up the little things that my dad did it would be Showed us that Mom was preeminent in his life and heart He made time for us kids He taught us to work and worked beside us He played with us He owned his mistakes, said he was sorry, and showed more love after I hope you enjoy this episode and that something touches your heart.   Cheers Jody
