231: REWIND episode w/ my dad, Lee Dorison

Happy Thanksgiving friends! This episode is a REWIND from 2015 when I took an entire week to interview my family members for Thanksgiving...here's one of my all time favorite interviews...my dad. But don't tune out now because you think this is just some sappy family episode...my dad is a serious and serial entrepreneur who is going to teach you some big lessons in this episode!  Lee is my incredible Dad, who is a graduate of Johns Hopkins (BS in Engineering) and Wharton Graduate (MBA). He has held numerous senior level executive positions with firms such as W.R. Grace, Right Management Consultants and Borman Gray International. He is currently Managing Partner of CRC Search, a virtual financial services recruiting firm. He lives in Chenequa, WI with his partner Dwyn von Bereghy and their dog Gisela. He is the proud father of Adrienne, Mark and Matthew. He enjoys fishing, hunting, scuba diving and boating. He is a cancer survivor.
