Trekvogels vliegen de wereld rond. Ze trekken om te overleven, de zon is hun kompas, de wind hun motor en de lucht hun thuis. Beneden, op aarde, zijn er ook ménsen die grenzen oversteken en op een nieuwe plek landen. Maar kunnen wij als mens wel tussen twee werelden leven? Pauline Augustyn gaat op pad met Barbara De Coninck, een ervaren vogelspotter die overal trekvogels ziet en hoort.
