Annalise Monson is an Australian model and regional project innovation & support manager who grew up on a dairy farm. Despite facing obstacles, including a hidden disability called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Annalise is determined to make a difference in the agriculture industry.Annalise's experience on the farm has helped her transition into her current role, where she helps implement projects and supports departments in need. She's passionate about improving the industry and has even started her own foundation, which aims to provide more opportunities and support for those in agriculture.As someone who understands the demands of the industry firsthand, Annalise is also a strong advocate for mental health support.
