Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico (the same place Teremana is made!), she shares about how she ended up in Thunder Bay and how she loves living here. She currently works part time as a dental hygienist and is working on a career switch to become a chef - currently on the final stretch of finishing off her culinary studies at Confederation College. At El Tres, she created and launched an octopus taco! Along with all this, Aranza is working with her brother creating clothing brands Sau Gonzales Apparel & Sau Sleepwell, Creative Sleepwear!
