She plays a key role in expanding the brand’s reach on and off the court, community engagement, and athlete partnerships. A former college basketball player, Ducharme combines her deep understanding of the game with an entrepreneurial mindset, helping drive Moolah Kicks’ mission to provide high-performance footwear designed specifically for women’s feet.
