Henrik is an INSEAD professor specializing in organizational behavior, executive leadership, and high-performance teams. With nearly 20 years of experience, he advises organizations worldwide. His book X-Teams gives deep insights on innovative leadership strategies, with examples from Microsoft, Takeda, and the Museum of Modern Art. He also co-founded xLEAD, which develops research-based tools to encourage creative leadership across management levels. A Fulbright scholar from MIT, Henrik leads INSEAD’s flagship Management Acceleration Program. His research on maintaining diversity and inclusion in organizations was published in Harvard Business Review.
