Scott Brickell is the founder and CEO of BrickHouse Entertainment and currently manages artists like MercyMe, Cain, and Micah Tyler. He's also previously managed and consulted bands such as Switchfoot and Audio Adrenaline. Nine-time Emmy winner David Sams sits down with Scott to find out what people need to be successful in today's music world, and we'll give you a hint, it's not just talent alone.
