Hello, look, no applause, just a clap. The only show that says, is that a hobbit? No? So, hope I don't have it, but they're making a hobbit.

Oh, thank you, Futurama. Yeah, I've been re-watching it all as, like, you know, background and... ...Pellip Cleans from some other stuff you can talk about. Well, it's an excellent palate cleanse because it's so dumb and so smart at the same time.

There's, yeah, I don't know, did you notice my background? I did not. What is your background? I'll bring it up for you while we're on the air.

Yeah, because everybody needs to hear that. Well, you know, but it's... Oh, yeah, it's from when they're at Into the Wild Green Yonder and they're at... ...it's...

...well, they're in, like, yeah, like, Mars Vegas or whatever the first... ...the first space, or space Vegas was. I don't remember what it was. But they roll the dice and what it is, is...

...is a square root... ...a square root of nine. ...which is free. ...and then...

Yes, and then the other one took me a second to catch because it's two big dots, um... ...and then two little dots, and I realized they had done the X-Phone as well. Oh, God. So, it's two to the second power, which is four, so they rolled the seven.

Ugh. But I was like, this show... It's so smart and so dumb. Um...

Yeah, I think they were going through, I don't remember what they were walking past, but yeah, there was an adobe photoshop. Um, three separate words, and I was just like, oh yeah, I forgot about that. Ugh. Um, and then I showed someone the Farnsworth equation, which is from the brain swapping episode where they have to have a certain order.

Yeah, and they have all of the different screens, and like I said, you can all swap brains back with four people. I don't, the actual equation doesn't make any sense to me, and I just didn't read the exact question. Well, it's one of those, like, you can't swap brains back with the person you already swapped brains with. ...initially.

Exactly. But you can, like I said, everybody can swap brains back with at least four people. ...more people involve not four people total. Yeah, so it's...

...and now I've got the Harlem Globeprotters, they even have my head. But yeah, once again, it's just been, I... ...it's one of those shows where, as much as I love her, I've realized Tristan Neil doesn't have that many voices in her. She really doesn't.

Um, Lauren Tom, who's the voice of Amy, doesn't have that many in her either. Well, Lauren Tom just has Lauren Tom. The thing is that I don't remember which movie it was, but they did a feature at where they basically had Lauren Tom doing everything. Like, she wrote the music, she wrote the script.

Like, no, it was a little fake feature at it, but it was actually really funny, and her comedic timing is flawless. Sorry. I'm sorry, I am so polite, and I like to look at you when I'm speaking to you. Billy West, she's a fucking Christ.

Um, Maricyl Marsh, him I can tell. Because I mean, I watch enough stuff with him, I guess he's on Ricky Morty, he's on Futurama. Yeah, but he has so many voices. He does.

I didn't... I had to look up that he was Hedonism bot. Really? Yeah.

Got help. What's the name of the servant? Uh, Jambi. Yeah, Jambi, bring the chocolate.

Oh my god. Squeaky, squishy, clean. Oh, that was with the hot dog... And he's like, pushing his own nipples?

It's so... it's fantastic, but it's creepy. What is the way? I love Hedonism bot, and the one about Hedonism bot settling down with a nice house in the suburbs.

And that's when they get stuck in the time continuum? It's the time to turn that all the way forward in time. Yeah, but it's like a set of times a loop. Yeah.

So that, the vendors, like, you didn't even look at the mountain of skulls. Oh, when they're on the lake of blood. Yeah, the robot apocalypse. And then there was the...

They meet the Amazon's that know how to make a backward traveling time machine. They're not Amazon's, but they're like really busty, breathy. I see it. We're gonna know it with oils and lay with...

I see it by Amazon's. Amazon's out. Well, I guess I see it's an actual species in the chirp. No.

It's noose-new. It's not weird that they had two tits on that because theologic-wise... I should say... I was gonna say myth-wise.

The Amazon's always removed one breast so they could be better at archery. Absolutely. But, you know, the Amazon's... You ever finish Why The Last Man?

That gets brought up. I should get it brought up early in Why The Last Man. Well, I haven't gotten there yet. At the beginning?

No, I don't think I've gotten to The Amazon part yet. Admittedly, it's been about a year since I watched it. Which, funny side note, I was at my parents and my parents totally record Jeopardy because apparently they're the oldest people in the entire world. How much Jeopardy.

So we were watching... Well, yes, but we were watching Jeopardy on DVR. And Why The Last Man was one of the questions. And I got it.

My dad's like, how did you know that? I'm like, I like comic books. What was it about? Maybe a month?

Two months ago? The final Jeopardy question was Wolverine. Like I said, my parents routinely kick my dad's ass at Jeopardy because I know pop culture and he doesn't. Yeah, but then it gets into like, rivers of the world.

I'm like, I'm fucked. Well, that's why we like playing trivia at the bar because Morell is actually pretty good geography. Being that she's, you know, traveled the world in six languages. And all the rivers.

I don't even want to talk about it for a couple weeks. So much. Let's get right into Punisher. Net Flush Punisher.

So it actually took me a little longer than normal to get through this. That's just because I had other things going on. And I cannot believe that I finished this before you. It's entirely grabbing me until probably...

Well, that's the thing is it is a little bulk cake. The first scenes, like basically rip your heart out. And then it's a little bit slow after that for a while. Because it starts out, I mean really, once he kills everyone in the construction site, I'm like, oh, here we fucking go.

And then it gets really slow again. And that's a little bit annoying. However, when they finally start doing the flashbacks of what actually happened when they were... And you have the episode with them walking into the trap.

Oh, the ambush. That's on the third episode. I think it's one like fifth. But they have him in the ambush and you see everything that happens in him losing it.

And then they have the aftermath of him spitting out all of the blood. That ambush scene was... That's my cold, you know, fucking tizzy. I'm like, I need you to watch this and I need you to get to this episode so we can fucking talk about it.

There were two moments like that that hit with me. But I will say that the ambush scene was based loosely on Garth Ennis and... Fuck, who drew that? Derek Robertson's Born, which was all about Frank Castle's time in Vietnam, which has since been updated to the, you know, the Middle East, not just Afghanistan.

Well, they don't want it to be too dated. Well, yeah, I mean, it's the same way that they updated Spider-Man with it. It's a genetically engineered spider as opposed to radioactive because they don't... We don't know that if it was a radioactive spider, he'd just die.

Unless you want to do the totem origin, the Strudzinski brought up. But anyway. But yeah, like I said, I told you right after I watched that scene, I'm like, I need you to watch the Punisher right now. I'd say the other scene that really...

The other episode that had that level of like visceral reaction, yeah, was when Agent Orange, a camera is really lame. What's up with Agent Orange? Why does the man have eyebrows? He does actually double-checked, but yeah.

I kind of like that you noticed that too. I can see where they are very faint, but he does have them. Well, I mean, maybe something with eyebrows. My eyebrows are really light.

Nah, his are lighter than yours. Yeah, because he looks like a cancer patient. Well, I think his hair is white. I mean, you know what I mean?

Is that what I'm gonna look like in like 10 years? Well, with a milky eye, let's hope not. Also, I really love the given the reality after Frank fucking beat the shit out of him. Oh, Jesus Christ.

That was... And we're gonna get into it a bit a bit. But it's when Agent Orange is fucking torturing Punisher in microsible basement layer. I think it's like the second to maybe second to last episode.

I think it's episode 12 when I believe there's 13 episodes. Yeah. I'm so 12 he's torturing Frank in microsane or cranial layer. And it's just like, yeah, I think that's all medically accurate as per what he's doing to him.

Other than him shitting and pissing himself, yes. I just assume Frank has all past that stuff. You never really see him eat. Oh, no, he does eat.

Well, he takes me into a lot of times. I don't know if he actually eats that. No, he gets into the micro. But he does eat the Vietnamese super whatever they hang over here after they get drunk.

They get sick of the drunk when he kisses micros' wife. Which by the way, do you have any idea how much I wanted to bitch slap their son? Yeah. Like, I get it.

What's that knife? I told that I got it. Like I said, I get that. I totally get that he's an angry teenager who lost his dad at a really terrible time in his life.

Can we just talk? But he's just a little shit. Oh, he hits his sister. I was just like, oh fuck.

I was so mad when he hit his sister. Fuck you, kid. Okay. Leo.

Leo. What is that? What is Leo? Leo.

Leo. What is Leo? Leo. Leo.

Leo. Who knows? Her parents are like, thanks. Fans.

But, uh, yeah. Like, still in Skateboard, that was, you know, like, oh, girl. Yeah. And when she was like, oh my god, you're a bully.

Like, what, you know, what? Like, that was a good emotional beat. But then like when he hits his sister, I was like, fuck that kid. Well, they basically needed to portray him as out of control.

And the physical violence is the easiest way to do that. And then he really actually liked how Frank handled it. Yes. Admittedly, like I said, if that was something I'd met maybe twice before that and they did that to me, I would have freaked the fuck out.

What do you mean? He's met Frank like maybe twice. And now he's like- Oh, when he fucking holds on, I fucked his throat. Yeah, I mean, he's maybe, he's parroting him.

And he met him like twice. Yeah, let's not gloss over the fact that he held a knife to his throat. And the kid was like, do it. It's like fuck.

Sometimes when you're doing that, sometimes when you're dealing with teenagers, you need to be that visceral. But like I said, it's not somebody he knew or trusted or knew him. It was this stranger that had met him for a few seconds every fucking time. And he was like upstairs on his phone, like almost every scene.

Well, here's the thing that was that Frank knows him because Mike Rose is watching the house while assuming he sees the son's behavior through all of the security cameras. Yes. So yeah, what do you see that? Like I said, so Frank knows him.

He doesn't fucking know Frank. I will say, and obviously, huge spoilers, I should have said that the very beginning. You want to put the family through therapy? So he's already- he- he- Mike Rose fakes his death.

Not once, but twice. Twice. I was actually shocked when they had the very, very fast sex scene with him and his wife- like the episode. I like the apologizes.

Well, that's what would happen after a year. Well, it's one of those things where I totally thought that she said, when she said, I need to speak to you alone. I don't know what the exact first one was. Yeah, yeah.

She was basically telling him to go fuck himself. No, no, I knew sex. Really? Yeah.

I didn't know. I knew she was looking at him with these blank cards. Oh, yeah. I'm also very impressed with Leo's behavior through all this because the mom told her to go and hide.

And then she managed- She escapes. She escapes and then she manages to go to the park and she's waiting for Frank, but it's her dad that shows up. That was a hard touch. I mean, just hard.

I really liked the scene, but I'm just impressed at her emotional maturity. Well, I kind of did a weird gender swap in terms of that the girl was like the strong one that Frank was like, kind of good soldier with. Yeah, and the boy was like a complete emotional mess. So I actually kind of liked that.

Well, I also liked how they immediately bonded Leo with Frank when they're both building things. Yeah. Like she's the one that's a little bit mechanical and she understands kind of the structure of things and she wants to connect this to this and fix that, which I really like. I was wondering if they're fixing the car.

Well, it's also when they're fixing the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. But like I said, I liked that they had Leo, it was kind of a strong, emotionally mature one. Who can actually? Like at that age, usually in fiction, she's not.

How old is she supposed to be like 14? Maybe, yeah. I was going to say, which as a teenage girl, she's supposed to be a fucking mess. Yeah.

And she's the one that like when something breaks, she seems to, you know, probably through watching YouTube videos. Yeah, but I mean, she doesn't teach you something. Yeah, absolutely. But she's the one that's kind of taken on, not that the mother is a bad mother by any means.

She's not a bad mother. She's struggling. Like I said, she's dealing with bosses as her partner and two teenage children. Yeah.

And it was a very unexpected loss of her partner in a supposedly shameful way. We know that it wasn't truthful, but that's how we got killed. And did it seem weird that there was like no, like, okay, yeah, they disappeared them effectively, like, you know, because he faked his death. But like with everything, the fact that the fact that the Frank's existence gets brought back out into the world, which reminded me of it in a second, the whole like his fake, his fake that Frank's Frank, Frank's Frank, Frank's fake death.

I don't have a peg. It's fine. But we don't have a whiteboard anymore. I just realized we haven't done that in a while.

So, I have a calendar over there, but I don't think any cuts. Yeah. Do you want to pause? No, my voice may look very...

No, hold on a second. I got an idea. Okay. Well, then I'm just going to keep on talking.

As we move around, I'm not going to podcasting, sorry folks. Oh, please. Like for professionals. So, I see crumbles of pizza paper and all the other.

Frank's existence. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Frank's fake death. Because I told him I got all this shit.

Oh, I've been waiting for you to talk about this? And I know, I know. Right down. Oh, Billy.

Oh, I got him. So, he is like in a very... So, Michael was in a very public place when they come to snuff him. And he's like, I work for...

And I say, like, intelligence person. I'm unarmed. Like, I have cell phone. Whatever.

But you know what I mean? Like, he's saying all of this shit. And they like... Yeah, but they were...

They were ancient oranges. I know. But the whole thing is like, it's so very public that there was like... No one thought to record it or there was no fallout from it.

They went, well, like, I said, we have a cell phone and they shot him. And he fell into the ocean and that day. Like, no one's going to think. Hmm.

Oh, that's right. Because he released the tape of the Afghan Captain Pot. Like I said, they said... Oh, that's right.

Oh, that's right. Because he released the tape of the Afghan Captain Pot. Oh, like I said, they said... God fucking...

Oh, Madonna's face when she finds out Frank was when that pulled the trigger was fucking a... God, wrenching. But, I mean, she doesn't even know what happened afterwards though. That destroyed Frank.

He did what he was told but it completely took a piece of his soul. Well, and that whole episode, it called Home. Which, by the way, her naked, fantastic. Yeah, I was actually watching that while I was out and about.

Well, that sounds awkward. No, I was just... I was at a place getting lunch. And I was watching loves eating.

And one of the managers of the place walked by and I know one that works there. And it just happened to be that first sex scene with Billy and... What's her first name? Dina.

And Billy and Dina. And he's like, are you watching fucking porn? I was like, I had a positive. I was like, no, it's Netflix.

Kinda? Yeah. So I kind of shrunk my screen and kind of fast-forwarded. Well, I had to tell you though, I think they did it very well.

They built a physical and emotional relationship between her and Billy. Yes. She also had the Encholi mine, which was getting justice for her informants which is the Yachty Anikag. Yes.

I have to tell you, they had the whole sub-story with Lewis. Lewis. The PTSD kit is a big one. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Like I said, did not make sense until I was over halfway through the series. Well, you just... And I'm like, why do we know anything about this kit? It doesn't matter.

Like, did not make sense until I was over halfway through the series. Well, that's why he's definitely his whole arc finally comes together. Like I said, I get the trying to draw attention to the treatment of soldiers and PTSD and how the VA doesn't really take care of him, but it seemed extraneous. I also think he was the other side of the coin to Frank.

Oh. It was a way for... He's telling me what to know, we're not. So I think for them it was like two sides of the same PTSD coin and it was kind of a dark mirror for Frank.

Well, no. Like, what if he just... Instead of going after the people that wronged him. It's the terrible thing.

But just people that he thinks have wronged him. Like, well, the government did wrong. Frank Castle, don't get it wrong. You know what I mean?

The way Lewis was going after the governor and Karen... I like her as connected to issues so much more than I like. It's very interesting. And we talked about this yet.

I don't know what he can bring up. No, about how the connective issue is like three or four different people as opposed to one. No, we haven't read that up. Yeah.

So Rosario Dawson is not the connective issue. She was on the first run of them. But it's Deborah and Wolf now. Wolf?

Wolf? It's W-O-H-L. It's probably Wolf. Or Wolf.

Yeah. Like I said, I like that she's the one that connects them. And you know, she and the connoisseur did have a lot of dealings before in Daredevil. So it's not completely out of the blue.

And it's just one of those things about one. I like that she's still working as a journalist. Yeah, like I forgot she did that. Remember after...

After they close Nelson and Murdoch. No, what's the name of the Black Journalist that got killed in Daredevil? That... Oh, um, Ulrich.

Yeah, like I said, after he died she kind of took up his mantle. That's right. And I really like that fact that she... There's Black Mentor characters did not survive in the first run of the Netflix Marvel.

They did not. Because the Black Cop gets popped in just for Jones. Like I said, it's not good. But like I said, she kind of took up his mantle.

I like that she's still working on the newspaper. She's not a writer. Love her editor. Love her editor.

Well, it's just kind of funny because newspapers don't matter anymore. No. Well, you know, unless you're in the Marvel Universe in which case you have to have the Daily News. I mean, it's like they said it.

I mean, like, imagine like, Clark Kent working at anywhere else with the Daily Planet. I kind of want Clark Kent to like become this new... A blogger. Exactly.

Like this nerdy kid in the room with four other nerdy kids trying to write stories that... Well, that was part of... You have to put a title on so it'll be click-bait. That was the part of when they did the Ultimate Spider-Man.

And like I said, they kind of modernized everything but that. When Peter Parker comes into the Daily Bugle, this woman is freaking out because something on their website won't load right. And he goes, oh, it's a recursive loop, let me fix your code. Well, here's the thing though is that even with modernizing everything, pictures still matter.

So Peter Parker would still probably have that job of selling pictures. Yes. But just not for Newsday. No, like I said, I know that newspapers don't really matter anymore because God only knows less than they got a fucking newspaper.

At the age of I do the cross- Right. So, we should be talking about Billy. Hold on. Hold on.

Before we get into it, I want to hit that Frank's fake death link. So, because this ties into the whole micros thing I was mentioning about, the punisher is being alive. It was caught on a dash cam for a cop car. Fine.

Whatever. Okay, so I just added to the whole wide-known was taping anything when micros was... Got... ...enough.

But when did he fix it? I don't remember that. I don't remember that either. I don't know why did you watch Daredevil 2?

No, it doesn't happen in Daredevil 2. He's at the very end. He shows up, snipes a bunch of ninjas get the heat off of Elektra and Daredevil. And Daredevil kind of like looks over and Frank does the whole Han Solo I showed up in the nick of time wave and then fucks off.

Like, that's it. And I was watching... Is that why? I was...

I was rewatching the first episode again. And I'm like, maybe it's... And like, it just seems like they just really quickly gloss over that he... Like, after he killed everybody that was associated with killing his family, that he somehow faked his death.

But like, it never mentioned in an explosion, in a fire, like nothing. It was just assumed that he killed Clancy Brown and anyone working with Clancy Brown and then faked his death somehow. Maybe he was in the Crispy Attics. It was in a...

He was in a what? He was in the Crispy Attic? Crispy Attics. What is that?

It's the name of the center that's in Luke Cage. That they end up blowing up because it's like... Oh, oh, oh. No, I actually did like that.

Elektra doesn't really connect itself to the Marvel universe. It doesn't really do. But he has his own agenda. He doesn't need a connect with Daredevil and Jessica Jones.

In fact, like Daredevil and Jessica Jones. Luke Cage, they all work out of different boroughs of New York. He's not saying Luke Cage in the same sentence as Daredevil and Jessica Jones. Why not?

Sorry, I meant... Yeah, he did not do that. So, there we go. So, but they all work in their own little corner of New York.

And I love that. Whether it be in Harlem or... Hells Kitchen or... Yeah.

Which they don't call Chelsea, but yes. It's Hells Kitchen. I really like the fact that these are very much street level heroes. They're not trying to save the world.

They're just trying to make things okay for the people that live around them. Well, Punisher doesn't even... I guess he's... Yeah, I was Sarah the Kids, but for the most part, he's just trying to fucking kill...

Punisher is an Avenger, hence the name. Well... The Punisher. I would not use the word Avenger, but I would not use the word Avenger, which meant a literal someone who was a Benjamin.

Someone who's a Benjamin. Not a Benjamin. Right. Excuse me.

Excuse me. He's ever been one? I'm pretty sure the Avengers wouldn't take him. No, I know, but he didn't catch the very guy who had a weird relationship.

Well, he's a killer and that's another thing. Yeah. So, and then I'm getting super short and then we'll get into building because I know you don't want to talk about that. You don't have nothing but tons of stuff.

Oh, we've got tons of stuff. I told you I've been scurched this out as long as I can, so I don't have to talk about it. Don't worry, I've got tons of stuff to bring up. My only nerd issue with this is that they dropped the name Nuchi right in the beginning, which if you've read the comic specifically, the Walking Back Frank storyline by Graf Ennis.

And rest in peace, Steve Dillon, right now, I think he said. Mon Nuchi, the head of the Nuchi crime family, is like a big deal. And that crime family keeps coming up over and over. Not like two episodes?

They mentioned them on the first episode, it's the people he chucks into the map. They say like they're some kind of like made man or lieutenants or something in the Nuchi family. No, they're like, I think it's the first and the second episode where they talk about the Nuchi's and then they just disappear. They, like, I honestly was like, okay, the Nuchi's gonna be the fucking bad guys.

Like he just killed three of them. Like, and it's gonna be him versus the mafia. Like, it would be a fucking comic. Great, I'm in.

Which, oh, fuck, you're down. Well, you know what I really want to see though is in Iron Fist, thanks. So in Iron Fist, you have the brother, not his brother. Ward.

Yeah, Ward. Ward is the big bad, kind of. Yeah. But I mean, he's being controlled by the father.

Yeah. And now that the father's out of the picture. Yeah. What do you think Ward's gonna do now?

Like, I want to see somebody who's almost as emotionless as Ward, but somebody who's super emotional with Punisher. Well, that's the thing is that you haven't watched the Defender, so. The Defender's only ultimately, it's, like, the Defender's only ultimately changed. And you don't watch anything with Iron Fist.

It makes up for it. I keep saying that and you keep going, boy, but you don't know because you don't watch it. Well, you know they hired a new showrunner. Right now.

But really, the Defender's only changes Daredevil and Iron Fist. Justin Jones is still autonomous, so he's literally the character. Still autonomous. Like, they just go, oh, that happened and they just go back to whatever is going on in Harlem and, you know, whatever.

Well, you remember one of our favorite episodes of Jessica Jones is when she's hired for this random ass woman. Oh, the mutant? Yeah. The racist.

She'd be xenophobic. I don't know if xenophobic is the right word. She hates mutants. How about that?

Humans. No, they haven't dropped in humans on that. They have not corrupted humans and we're not using that word so that shitty-out TV show. Actually, we can actually say in Newton's sense, Disney, about all of the rights from Fox.

Marvel's got mutants back. Dude, I'm just happy you might actually get a decent fucking fantastic form. Could fucking lock. I didn't mind the first one.

Captain Fantastic always seems like a certain mister Fantastic. Always seems like a fucking dickbag. Yeah. Okay.

You don't have a follow-up for that, do you? Well, I'm just a dawd-dew. The venture brothers portrayal of him is fucking flawless. See, I don't think he's that egotistic.

I don't think he's that. Our son is missing. What could be more important than that? Well, I mean Mr.

Fantastic. Not Mr. Incredible. Yeah.

Isn't it? Yeah, it is incredible. No, I'm not saying that from the venture brothers character. Yeah, I'm just completely- But I'm not saying that.

Mr. Fantastic himself. He seems like a dickbag. No.

He couldn't take him out of doom a thousand years ago when he fucking didn't. Yeah, because he's got like respect and dignity. Yeah. Also Dr.

Not a doctor. Actually, I think he gave himself an honorary degree since he's the dictator of Liberia, or maybe he's not anymore. None of the richest countries of all time? Yeah.

Liberia? No. It's not third world, but it's not one of the richest. According to the Fantastic Four it is.

Liberia? Because Dr. Doom has endless resources. In.

No. No. Wakanda. Yeah.

Like I said, it's no Wakanda of it still. I'd super wanted to see how far away from Black Panther? Six weeks. Okay, I can do that.

So, should we talk about Billy? Yes. First of all, yes, he is way too good looking to be running a security company. That was the point though, because I recognized and I swelled it for someone who had seen the last two episodes.

Oh no. I didn't realize she hadn't. Oh no. And I was like, well it's because once again, if you haven't figured it out folks, after 25 episodes, I've read the comics.

Um, so the minute I hear certain names, I'm gonna, I'm, I'm, I'm, will Billy Russo specifically is. Check social name. And he starts out as a pretty boy. So, I was kind of waiting for it.

And then he looks for action, think explosion, and now he's not pretty no more. It's, there was no explosion. He did not get his face fucked up and explosion. He got his face dragged up and down and ground into that fucking mirror in the carousel.

Do you remember that now? No, I completely remember that. I just, that was fucking, that turned my spine to fucking collapse. He shot his kids.

He deserved to get his face fucking turned at ground beat. No, he didn't. He says he had nothing to do with it. He knew about it though.

No, he said, no, he knew about it. No, he knew about it, but he said he, he was complicit. Yes. Um, that hit those like kids tied to the fucking carousel and he slips their fucking wrists.

Like I said, like I heard when they bleed out, I was like, you are fucking stunk. Cool. Okay. Like I said, at the end of the episode is Frank sitting with the kids waiting for the cops to come.

Yeah. No, well the very end is in therapy, which is like, I liked it, but like, the worst. I'm pretty sure this is where the first vessel goes full on Prince of Tides. Uh, see more of what I'm about, what about Frank?

Um, that's where I want to go. God fucking damn. No, uh. So Billy, I actually really like his arc in this.

He needs Russo. He needs Russo. Like I said, like I said, sorry excuse me. He needs, he needs, he needs, he needs, he needs, he needs, he needs.

I have a couple of turns to the bar. She leaves. Maybe again. She fucks his brains out.

They start having kind of a relationship, but it's not an emotional relationship. It's just a physical relationship. No, at one point they start asking each other questions about scars and it's very lethal up in three. Um, I don't think she was ever that attached to him.

I think she was gonna say, maybe some joke about like, we might actually have to learn something about each other and then they'll realize like, I kind of like you. Um, they do start to get into that and then actually fucking stab fucks her partner in the throat with a sleeve knife. I actually really like the fact that she's in New York staying with her parents and they don't introduce her father until a lot later. Talk with the dad real quick.

I, I want to tell you about this too. No, I assumed he was dead. I assumed they were divorced because at no point did they ever bring up the dad. No, not until he actually has to do that.

Who is like some kind of like fucking super doctor? I don't know. Who is like some kind of like, well I mean even if he was a GP he probably don't know how to do those procedures. Yeah, but the thing is like the dad of the dad.

Never, ever, ever, ever. And like, he's like put on the bed, do the whatever the pulmonary, you know, thing with the needle, the pulmonary axis or whatever it's called. That's all good watch. I'm sorry.

Yeah, that's all good. Okay. But like the dad comes out of fucking nowhere as just like, you know, it seems like gifted surgeon or something. Well, okay.

Which all, which all the punisher really needs is to have the thing, the needle in his lung thing and then just like an absence salt bath. I mean really. Does he take the swelling down? Yeah, like he's just, I mean he's not like, they didn't like cut up on it.

Like they didn't cut him up. Like they just punched him a bunch. You know, might need some stitches but not, and then like the mob is like some kind of like extremely well known. Just diplomat.

No, no. She's like a psychiatrist or something. They say that right? She's basically a diplomat.

What is in the show? Like wait. No, no, no. She's a well known diplomat.

No, but she's also a psychiatrist, which is essentially the same thing. No, she's just this like extremely successful psychologist or psychiatrist. But that means she treats world leaders. So she's basically a diplomat.

That is your reading, wait, no, no, no. They don't ever say that. They never say that. They never say that.

Now based on what their apartment looks like in New York, I can only assume. So because they have all these very emotional conversations between the daughter and the mother and the father only comes in when they need a fucking doctor. Yeah. I assumed her dad was dead.

I thought they were divorced. Yeah. Those are the two options. Because the mom never talks about that either.

No. So it was just like. We never see any masculine touches in the apartment. We don't see a master bedroom with male clothing in it.

I just assume the dad was the mom's apartment really. So the bed. You see the bedroom and you see the living room. That's it.

Yeah. But I totally just assume the dad was not present. Yeah. And yet, you know, he's there.

And then they have what? Which his injuries comparatively to when micros, micro brings in what's the friends, the therapy guys named Carl Curtis Curtis. Like they bring him in. They bring him in the fucking stitch up like gunshot wounds and they're like pulling the arrow out from the other.

Right. They're right. Okay. So they're doing all of this with Curtis.

I understand Curtis is not available at the time after Punisher has been tortured. Because he's he's fucked up from not in Lewis, but he's. Well, like in the war, but. It wasn't.

It was a constant. I'm not even going to make that joke. But he's already fine. Outside of the leg, which happens years before.

I don't think you ever get used to not having a leg. Whatever. But my point is that he's fucked up. That's the point.

My point is that he's been fucked up by Lewis. He's been fucked up by Billy. So he's out of the picture. He's out of the picture.

But he helps Frank through more severe injuries than the gifted surgeon dad. So the gifted surgeon dad, I kind of assumed that he's a cardiologist because everything that's wrong with Frank is near his heart. No, you just said it could be a GP. I think a nurse would know about the pneumothoraxis thing or at least diagnosis.

Because I've seen that in fucking movies. This isn't the first one hearing about it. If you saw it in movies, it doesn't necessarily mean it's weird. It happens in Guardians and the Galaxy for fuck's sake.

They do it to a room where his group does it to Drax. After he gets his ass kicked by a row name. Drax is a fucking alien. Still seemingly basic human physiology.
