237. Being an All-Pro Dad

BJ Foster gives us tools to become a better dad. We tackle the importance of fully engaging with our kids as they grow. Being a dad who takes care of our kids financially is not enough. Men, there is more to be done. BJ Foster is Director of Content Creation for Family First, a national nonprofit that helps families love each other well. Family First includes three programs (All Pro Dad, iMOM, and the Family Minute with Mark Merrill) that offer parenting and marriage advice that receive over ten million visitors every year. BJ has written hundreds of articles and has been a speaker on the subjects of manhood, marriage, and fatherhood. He utilizes his experience in the corporate world, politics, and over fifteen years working with adolescents. BJ grew up in Philadelphia, but currently lives in Tampa, FL with his wife and two children.
