Conversation 239:  The Story, Journey and Passion of Stephen Della Croce, MS, RDN, CDN Today’s conversation is with Steve Della Croce, a registered dietitian who started off pre-med, took a sabbatical from college to go on tour with his band and found dietetics by continuing his interest in the health field while leafing through his college course catalog. During his internship, he found his passion in renal nutrition and found a need for dietitians in this area where he lived in Brooklyn. From there, he started his own private practice, learned a lot about billing insurance and is now helping other dietitians bill for insurance through his business Nutrition Practice Management.
