Das Basler Produktionsdock schliesst, per Ende 2024, seine Türen. Seit seinem Start als Pilotprojekt 2017 hat es Künstler:innen in Basel unterstützt, indem es ihnen bei der Konzeption, Finanzierungplanung und Umsetzung ihrer Projekte half. Es bot auch einjährige Volontariate zur Ausbildung von Produktionsleiter:innen an. Trotz Bemühungen, eine stabile Struktur für die Szene zu erhalten, endet der Betrieb bis Ende 2024.
