Launching into the technological era, Jay exported his expertise to the cloud. He has spent the last three years honing and growing his online coaching system. As a coach and fitness specialist for over five years, Jay has heard every excuse in the book: clients are too busy, too tired, or just too demoralized to achieve their dream body. At Kali Coaching, he’s finally found a way to put power back in his client's’ hands.
