This week I’m talking to Caron Lindley.

Caron is based in Crick in Northamptonshire and is the founder of Red Hat Yoga and Wellbeing which she started in 2014. (I’ll definitely be finding out where the red hat comes from, don’t worry!)

She’s been teaching 5 classes a week as well as one to ones, hosting courses, events and retreats before the pandemic so I’ll find out whether she has continued with teaching online, and where her yoga business is leading her now that things are starting to ease. To give you a hint, Caron is specialising in yoga, coaching and Ayurveda now with her clients so I’ll be asking her more about that area of the business and why Ayurveda is important to her.

Caron’s been practising yoga since her teens so we’ll be finding out how and where she started as well as discovering more about her yoga journey and what led her to teaching. She says she started more and more to live yoga from the inside out…sound familiar? So I’ll find out more about that as well as her life before yoga (I should coin that LBY) where she was a marketing guru.

Her students appreciate her slower, gentle approach and I’ll be asking Caron about this and her passion for more mindful and restorative styles of yoga.

I also read that Caron has a passion for camper vans so I’ll ask her about her new van, which is being built as we speak, what drew her to van life and where she’s planning on going.

I really hope you enjoy listening to our conversation…

Listeners, you can contact Caron about her Vibrant Living Coaching programme and to arrange a complementary mini Ayurvedic Lifestyle coaching session on 07786 911593, [email protected] or via facebook @caronlindley or her facebook business page – Red Hat Yoga

The Soul Mammas Podcast Nicole De Leon: Podcast Host and Fired up Soul Mamma In a world where so many women have shed past notions of what being a mom looks like, who can listeners turn to for real talk on soulful motherhood? Through this weekly podcast, host, Nicole De Leon, a long-time surfer, teacher, yoga instructor, adventurer and now new mother, seeks to candidly talk about the realities of modern motherhood, especially as it affects the pursuit of one’s own interests while remaining a soulful parent. In this podcast, guest moms will share inspiring stories of how they persisted in living out their truest passions and purpose in spite of – and often as a result of – adversity and struggle.
