#24 Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

This week's suitably feature-length show is the first one completely and utterly dedicated to movies! ...aside from a couple of bits of news regarding Comic Books, but what are Comic Books if they aren't storyboards for AAA Blockbuster movies anyway!?! We also discuss some of the trailers that dropped at the San Diego Comic Con a couple of weeks back, including Mad Max: Fury Road & Christopher Nolan's Interstellar, before finally talking about some of the movies we've seen recently. We kick things off with Matt Reeves' Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, move on into the uber-oriental-violence of The Raid 2 and Snowpiercer and then soar into the clouds with How to Train your Dragon 2. There really is something for everyone on this episode. So long as you like movies. or Comic Books... :P Predator Reboot/sequel News? http://www.denofgeek.com/movies/predator/31068/shane-blacks-new-predator-film-a-sequel-not-reboot Fight Club 2? http://www.mtv.com/news/1874523/fight-club-2-comics/ Marvel goes crazy for Equality... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-28321806 http://kotaku.com/the-next-captain-america-is-black-1606404844?utm_campaign=Socialflow_Kotaku_Facebook&utm_source=Kotaku_Facebook&utm_medium=Socialflow Comic Con http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=41654 http://www.denofgeek.com/movies/godzilla/31468/legendary-confirms-godzilla-2-king-kong-origin-film http://www.denofgeek.com/movies/dc/31466/first-picture-of-gal-gadot-as-wonder-woman Mad Max: Fury Road https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akX3Is3qBpw Interstellar http://www.interstellarmovie.com/index-intl.php Exodus: Gods & Kings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4iSzHXOUEE Tusk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60EUG-CDC_k Dawn of the Planet of the Apes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sHMCRaS3ao Under The Skin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoSWbyvdhHw The Raid 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MG9uFX3uYq4 Snowpiercer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6UmqNuMdY4 Sabotage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bF1iB_eqkag Cold in July https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UO63ccU6ce0 Begin Again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwLuDO_Cxfc How to Train Your Dragon 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9a4PvzlqoQ Rob @bobiroka Iain @ebowgb Jon @wobblyjon Contact us on Email at: [email protected] Follow us on Twitter: @notwatchingpod You can find the show notes for this show at www.notlistening.co.uk If you're listening on iTunes, please give us a review!
