In today’s episode we explore December 10th’s selection ‘Sleigh Ride’, the tea that bring you back to a time where your mom had some yummy apple crisp for desert. ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES December 10th is “Sleigh Ride a holiday flavour. It is an Herbal Tisane, temperature 98 degrees, steep for 4-7 minutes. Smells like apple cobbler. Contains apples, hibiscus blossoms, candied pineapple and coconut, cinnamon and beet root–don’t worry it’s just for colour–a nice pink. No Caffeine. Be sure you are using correct steeping time and temperature. Should be drank without milk/sugar. But this one, you could probably put milk and/or sweetener to balance the tartness. Ruling: Not something I’d add to my tea stash anytime soon. If you are into tart herbal tisanes then you’ll likely really like this one. Smells divine though.
