ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES December 13th’s is Forever Nuts–Herbal Tisane. Steeping temperature is 98 degrees for 4-7 minutes, this one is steeped for 5:30. Lovely smelling tea. No caffeine. Smells like apple pie, you can eat herbal tisanes, and I did try it, not too bad!. If you are new to tea this is a good one to try as it’s their most popular tea. If you want to add milk and/or sweetener you can, adding sugar can help combat the tartness of herbal teas. Ruling: Not something I’m in love with, but I can see how people might like it.
