ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES December 15th’s is Cream of Earl Grey–Black tea. Steeping temperature is 98 degrees for 4-7 minutes.. Has a warm vanilla taste to it, so if you like a lighter version of Earl Grey, this is a good one to try Medium amount of caffeine. You can add Milk/Sweetener to black teas, I prefer milk. Ruling: It’s good, because I love earl grey but it’s not my favourite that Davids has. My favourite tea is Earls Garden by them. Fun history fact, Earl Grey tea is named after a British Prime Minister in the 1830’s who loved gifts of bergamot flavoured tea!
