Welcome back! Today is December 3rd on the DAVIDsTEA advent calendar. In today’s episode we explore December 3rd’s selection ‘Creme de Menthe’, the tea that tastes heavily like cinnamon. I’m glad you have tuned into episode 7 of Erin’s tea, please tell your friends about Erin’s Tea so I can work hard to bring you many more episodes! ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES December 3rd is Creme de Menthe. It is a Pu-erh tea, temperature 98 degrees, steep for 4-6 minutes. Pu-erh is not oxidized like regular tea, and is fermented for up to 60 days! It has 32% MORE antioxidants than green tea. Can be drank with milk and/or sugar. Is a stimulant, and is used in weight management, digestion, and it increases energy. Ruling: YUCK!. If you LOVE cinnamon than this is for you, it was very strong and not for me.
