ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES December 4th is Chocolate Rocket. It is a Mate “tea”, temperature 94 degrees, steep for 4-5 minutes. Mate is blanched, not wilted like regular tea. It is then aged in cedar/Cement Chambers for up to 12 months! It is highly stimulant, use this instead of coffee WITHOUT the jitters It never bitters or grows old. Can be drank with milk and/or sugar. Though it’s light enough not to need it. Is a stimulant, and is used in gaining focus in every day life, and it increases energy. Ruling: surprisingly yummy! very smoky, sweet and light, would drink this in the am or after a meal.
